We had an absolutely incredible stay at this home!
The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views that we never got tired of. It’s loaded with amenities that made our trip feel like a true luxury getaway – from the amazing movie room (think theater quality) to the relaxing hot tub and sauna, everything was spotless and perfectly maintained.
The hosts went above and beyond with their communication, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. They were quick to respond, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This is hands-down the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, unforgettable mountain retreat!

We had a absolutely wonderful stay at Lost River estates.The property truly exceeded all my expectations.
The luxurious and spacious design of the home, combined with the thoughtful touches throughout, made for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing experience. I was particularly impressed by the breathtaking scenic views, which provided a perfect backdrop for our stay. Spending cozy evenings in the home theatre was a definite highlight, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation an absolute pleasure.

Amazing property! We went with our friends and all of us had an amazing time. The kitchen has everything we needed and the rooms were clean. We went after the snowstorm but the roads were learned for us including the walkway to the house and the back where the hot tub is. I would definitely come back!

When I tell you the Zarkos are amazing Host. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and everything was amazing. They communicate very well with guest. The property has everything you need except groceries. We defy have shared the location details with our loved ones and friends. Hopefully we will be able to visit again. Hopefully we can check out the new upcoming property. Thank you Guys again for being such amazing Guest! Sorry about the balloons and tape ????????

We had a small issue during our stay, but within 15 mins of contacting the host they had a solution and had it resolved quickly. It rained most of the time but plenty to do in the house to keep our group of 7 entertained!

Just an amazing place. The design of this house was super impressive. They had everything you needed from the kitchen tools to the robes in the bathroom. Everything worked perfectly and they went top tier with the appliances from the toaster over to the grill to the microwave. We loved it so much we inquired about the build and took photos of the movie theater set up. By far one of the best air bnb’s we ever stayed in. The theater was the best home theater system we have experienced. The table in that room was even bolted down!!! We are into the details and this place was pristine. Look at the trim on the ceiling! The grill was easy to use and they quickly helped us out with a new propane tank when the first one ran out. Beds were comfortable and the rain shower was a pleasure every morning and night. Awesome hosts to match an awesome place to stay in. We cannot wait to come back in the summer! We also rode our mountain bikes on the nearby trails which we really enjoyed! ????
